Benoit Noel, a life long devotee of the Green Fairy, and the author of several previous works on
the subject. Written in French, it consists of short sections on every aspect of the drink, arranged
alphabetically from A to Z. The book is accessible to anyone with high-school level French, and is
profusely illustrated in both colour and black and white (including many illustrations of items from
the Virtual Absinthe Museum). There's lots of information here not available anywhere else, and if
you're at all interested in the history and lore of the drink, the book is highly recommended.
